This Privacy Policy describes how SurveyForYou Ltd. ("we", "us", "company"), operator of surveyforyou.net, processes personal data. The company is registered in Turkey and operates in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Contact: legal@surveyforyou.net

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Full name, email address, password (encrypted).
• Organization data: Company name, industry.
• Survey data: Surveys you create and responses you receive.
• Contact data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses in your distribution lists.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, session information.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Providing the service and account management — performance of contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
• Survey distribution and result reporting — performance of contract
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations — legal obligation / legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, f)
• Service improvement and analytics — legitimate interest

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Your data is shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• Service providers (Supabase — database, Vercel — hosting, Resend — email, Twilio — SMS)
• Payment processor (Stripe)
• Competent authorities when legally required

Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

The platform uses essential cookies only for session management and preference storage. No analytics or marketing cookies are used.

• Right to learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Right to request information about the processing.

• Right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
