Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between SurveyForYou Ltd. ("platform") and the individual or legal entity using the platform ("user"). By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SurveyForYou is a SaaS platform that enables users to create online surveys, distribute them via SMS, email, and web links, and analyze results. Features and usage limits vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your credentials with third parties.
  • You must notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized access.
  • Each user may maintain only one account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
  • Send surveys to individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Conduct activities that constitute a personal data breach.
  • Perform automated attacks that overload the platform infrastructure.
  • Publish illegal, discriminatory, or abusive content.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's software code, design, and interface are owned by SurveyForYou Ltd. Survey content created by users and collected responses belong to the user; the platform processes this data solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and Cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
  • Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current period; no refunds are issued.
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". SurveyForYou Ltd. shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Account Termination

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or deletion without prior notice. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
